terms of service

by commissioning me, you agree to the following terms

general stuff• i do not do due dates or turnarounds, due to many factors,
including mental health, personal life, taking breaks, etc.
make sure you are okay with waiting. otherwise pay a rush fee.
◦ you will however receive updates on month estimates
( ex. " it will be finished mid july " etc )• i absolutely will not draw the following:
◦ artwork promoting bigotry and xenophobia
◦ artwork depicting self harm via slitting (scars may be fine)
◦ vivziepop&etc ; artstyle copy
◦ detailed/pornographic genitals and&or straight up porn
• these are my hard no's. ask me about soft no's, they are negotiable• i have the right to reject any commission, for any reason,
without voicing the reason to the client.

payment• currently payment can only be accepted via boosty.to donations
◦ boosty accepts payments via cards and paypal• minimum half upfront. otherwise i will not start work
◦ second half needs to be payed after pose sketch approval
work will be resumed only after payment is received• refunds not available, please cancel commission before payment• changes to the artwork may be done for free if they are small enough
or if i have seemed to miss a detail. otherwise there might be a fee.• payment plans may be discussed, based on price and time needed,
as long as you are aware that i will not start a commission / continue work on one until adequate payment (mentioned above) is received

terms of use• all commissions and designs are for non commercial use only.
◦ meaning they cannot be used for mass production,
be profited off of, etc. non-negotiable.
◦ designs may be traded, sold, gifted and redesigned• all work has to be clearly credited back to me
◦ (social media bios, etc saying "by @purplequay")• any and all work may be used for my portfolio and may appear on this carrd and or my social media.
◦ if you do not want it to be posted, want to be mentioned as anon, etc
make sure to tell me. otherwise ill assume its fine.

❣ additional info and fees• if you want a closed species design that i havent worked with before
its YOUR job to provide me with the references and their t.o.s• you will have to provide me with a google document with both
written (character description, preferred design/trait choices etc) and visual (moodboards, sketches etc) information about the character so i have a clear understanding of what you want.• make sure to specify if you want a png or not• rush fee is +50% of the og price
